The data consists of Central Government finance statistics and is compiled according the the methodology established by the Government Finance Statistics Manual (GFSM 2014), developed by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The data is presented following the COFOG - Classification of Functions of Government. The COFOG was developed by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and published by the United Nations Statistical Division as a standard classifying the purposes of government activities.
